Rights and Privileges:

The district boundaries extend from the Randolph County line road (Lake Drive) on the east, portions of Chester Road on the west, and from portions of Crystal Springs Road on the north to just past Murphysboro Road on the south.

The district will issue free library cards to anyone who lives within or pays taxes on property within the boundaries of the district. The library can also be used at no charge by patrons in good standing who have current library cards from any public library in the state holding membership in the Illinois Library Association.
