This survey addresses the accessibility of the Steeleville Area Public Library building. Anyone make take the survey and you may specify why the topic of accessibility is important to you. You may choose whether or not to disclose if you live with a disability.

Grant Updates as of March 3, 2025:

Our three community discussions were completed over the summer. Feel free to continue to take the survey. All feedback is helpful.

​

The library board of trustees chose service providers for the door openers and the electrical hookup based on cost, efficiency, communication, and library policy.

​

As of January 29 the automatic door openers have been installed!

​

As of February 24, we have met with 3 companies regarding the lighting upgrades, one bid has been selected, and the lighting in the Nonfiction/GED room will be upgraded using the remaining grant funds. â€‹
