Event, Program, and Meeting Details:

December 31 & January 1 - Library Closed for New Year’s Eve

January 8, 3-4 p.m. - Lego Club

Lego Club is for kindergarten through 5th grade. Children must have their parents fill out a registration form to join. There are still some open spaces in Lego Club this year.

January 10, 4:15 p.m. - Adult Book Club

January 15, 11 a.m. - Story Hour

Story hour is geared toward toddlers but all ages may join. We will

read 2-3 stories, listen to a song/do an activity, and make a simple craft.

January 15, 3-4 p.m. - Craft Club

Craft Club is for kindergarten through 5th grade. Craft Club is now full and we cannot take any new members this year. Everyone who is already registered may attend all sessions through May.

January 20, 7 p.m. - Board Meeting

January 29, 3-4 p.m. - Teen Advisory Board

January 30, 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. - Seizure First Aid Certification Training

Presented by The Epilepsy Foundation of Southern Illinois. Preregistration required. Call the library at 618-965-9732 to sign up.

Free Adult GED/HSE classes are offered at the library.

Monday - Thursday in the library. Ask for Kim for more information.

Free Adult ESL tutoring sessions are offered at the library.

If you do not wish for the Steeleville Area Public Library District to use photographs or videos of you or your child, please let us know in advance of the program.
