Event, Program, and Meeting Details:

Tuesdays 1-3p.m. - Crafternoons

Join us on Tuesdays for Crafternoons (Craft + Afternoon) at the library! Bring whatever portable craft project you’re working on to the library and socialize while you work! Share your expertise, tips, and tricks with other crafters. We will provide coffee, tea, and hot cocoa to all participants. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks as well.

August 7, 10a.m. - 6p.m. - Second Chance Day

Did you really want to attend a program this summer, but had to miss it? We have leftover        supplies, which means you get a second chance! Drop by the library today to paint-by-number, make a perler bead craft, play a giant board game, and so on. While supplies last, first come,   first served. All ages welcome.

August 8, 4:15 p.m. - Adult Book Club

We will be discussing Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin.

August 18, 7 p.m. - Board Meeting

August 29 - Library Closed for Staff Development Day

Lego & Craft Clubs

Lego Club and Craft Club will be starting up again this October. Sign-up sheets will be available in September. We are raising the ages of Craft Club this year because we have had issues in the past with younger children struggling or the crafts being too simple for older kids. Craft Club will be for 4th - 8th grade. Lego Club will now be for K-8th grade.

Story Hour

Story Hour will be back in October! Story hour is always the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 11a.m. Story hour is geared towards Pre-K/toddlers.

Teen Advisory Board

7th-12th graders are invited to join the Teen Advisory Board (TAB). Students in TAB will meet once a month to help plan library programs. Members will have opportunities to volunteer at the library and help run programs. If interested, bring your after school schedule to the library in September so we can coordinate a day & time that works for everyone. TAB meetings will start back up in October.

New Programs coming up in September!

Flour Power Hour - A baking club where you can share recipes, tips, and sweet treats with other local bakers!

Afternoon Tea - Enjoy afternoon tea once a month and chat with fellow tea lovers!

Theater Club - Discuss theater, sing Broadway karaoke, read plays, and dive into theater-related hobbies like costume & set design with other theater fans!

If you are interested in any of these programs, call the library for more information!
