62 children from birth to (going into) 6th grade signed up for summer reading this year! 30 children completed at least one reading log which is equal to 60 picture books read or 1200 minutes of reading in chapter books. Our top reader this summer was Nora Wente, who turned in 5 completed reading logs! Great job summer readers! If anyone who turned in a reading log didn't get a Gateway Grizzlies ticket form, come see us at the library to pick one up. These include free tickets to a Gateway Grizzlies game! Teen and Adult reading updates coming soon!

13 teens and 29 adults participated in the Summer Reading-opoly Challenge. Each completed set on the game board equaled 1 entry into the prize drawing. Our top reader completed 11 out of 14 sets on the game board! The adult winners of the Reading-opoly prize drawing are Becca Byrd & Randy Sherman. And our teen winner is Emma Rieckenberg. Congratulations! Thanks for participating, and great job reading this summer!
